Security & two-factor authentication (2FA)
Best practices
- Use strong, unique passwords.
- Enable two-factor authentication for all admins and recommended for users.
Enabling 2FA
- Go to Account → Security.
- Choose TOTP (Authenticator app) or SMS (if enabled).
- Save backup codes.
App passwords & SMTP
- If you use clients that don't support two-factor authentication (2FA), create app-specific passwords. Clearbox does not support OAuth.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
- SAML/SSO integrations are available for enterprise plans.
