Is Clearbox compatible with Microsoft Outlook?

Yes. Clearbox is fully compatible with Outlook for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices. You can connect them easily using the standard server settings provided in our [Outlook Setup Guide].

How do I add more storage or increase an employee's limit?

If a team member is running out of space, you have two options in the Admin Console:

  • Reallocate Space: Increase that specific user’s quota if you have extra storage available in your plan.
  • Upgrade Plan: Visit the Billing section to add more total storage.

Why are my outgoing emails going to the recipient’s spam folder?
