Using Clearbox (web app)

Access the Clearbox web application​

Open https://clearbox.alfrolia.com and sign in with your email and password.

The Clearbox web application provides the same interface and features as the mobile app — send and receive email, work on documents, set auto-responders, and manage account settings from the browser. Use this when you prefer working on a desktop or laptop rather than the mobile app.

Features available in the browser​

  • Full mailbox access (compose, reply, folders)
  • Document editor with collaboration and public sharing
  • Account and admin settings (passwords, 2FA, app passwords)
  • Mail and delivery monitoring tools

Troubleshooting​

  • If you cannot sign in, check your username and password, and try an app password if 2FA is enabled.
  • If mail fails to send or receive, ensure MX records and DNS are correct and contact support with message IDs and timestamps.
