Using Clearbox Web app

Overview

The Clearbox Web Application is the primary portal for your professional business suite. It is accessible through any modern web browser (such as Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge) and is designed to provide a full-screen, high-performance experience on desktops and laptops.

The web application offers exactly the same features and interface as the mobile app, ensuring a seamless transition when you move from your phone to your desk.


How to Access Your Account

To begin using your suite, follow these three steps:

  1. Visit the Portal: Open your browser and navigate to https://clearbox.alfrolia.com.
  2. Enter Credentials: Sign in using your full business email address (e.g., name@yourdomain.com) and your secure password.
  3. Explore Your Dashboard: Once logged in, you will have immediate access to your inbox, documents, and business settings.

Key Features in the Browser

Working in the web application is ideal for handling complex tasks that require a keyboard and a larger screen.

  • Complete Email Management: Compose new messages, manage folders, and organize your professional correspondence with ease.

  • Integrated Office Tools: Create, edit, and collaborate on Word-style documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. You can also generate "Public Sharing Links" to send documents to people outside of your company.

  • Security & Account Settings: This is the central hub where you can:

  • Update your account password.

  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for added protection.

  • Set up Auto-Responders (Vacation Replies) for when you are out of the office.

  • Delivery Monitoring: View simple statistics on your sent and received messages to ensure your business communication is flowing smoothly.


Troubleshooting Common Issues

1. Login Difficulties

  • Check Your Username: Always use your full email address as your username.
  • Password Accuracy: Passwords are case-sensitive. Ensure your "Caps Lock" is off and that you haven't included any accidental spaces.
  • Forgot Password? If you are unable to log in, contact your company’s administrator or reach out to Clearbox Support for a secure reset.

2. Email Delivery Issues

If you notice that you aren't receiving mail or your sent messages aren't arriving:

  • Connection Check: Verify that your internet connection is active.

  • Technical Support: If the issue persists, contact our support team. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide the email address you were trying to reach and the approximate time you sent the message.

When to Use the Web App vs. The Mobile App

  • Use the Web App for drafting long emails, creating detailed spreadsheets, and managing your company-wide settings.
  • Use the Mobile App for quick replies, checking your schedule on the go, and receiving instant notifications of new messages.
