Plans​

Clearbox offers per-user and business plans; features include storage size, eDiscovery, and priority support.

Billing​

  • Billing cycles: monthly or annual (discounted).
  • How to change payment method: Account → Billing → Payment Methods.

Upgrading and downgrading​

  • Upgrade: immediate access to higher quotas; prorated billing applies.
  • Downgrade: may require reducing user quotas before changing plan.

Invoices​

  • Download invoices from Billing → Invoices.
